We are looking for an operator for production work with shift work. In the department, we work with process manufacturing through heat treatment of products with various dimensions and size classes. As an operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing furnaces as well as ensuring efficient and smooth production. The loading of materials is done both manually and with the help of a robot, and materials are retrieved and moved between furnaces using forklifts and overhead cranes. You will also document and report production data and perform quality controls. A meticulous and responsible attitude is important to ensure high-quality and safe production.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the manufacturing industry. You need to have a basic technical understanding and the ability to handle different types of production equipment. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can follow instructions carefully and that you enjoy working in a team environment. Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is necessary to ensure effective communication.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in industry or production, especially with tasks involving furnace monitoring and quality control. Crane and forklift licenses are meritorious. A developed safety awareness as well as a responsible and meticulous attitude is also beneficial, as is experience in contributing to creating a positive work environment.
